01 — Tell Us About Your Event
Submit our inquiry form with your event details, including the date, venue, expected number of guests, and other important information. Ref Magnet Souvenir Booth bookings start at a minimum of 100 pieces.
02 — Receive Your Quotation
Once we’ve reviewed your event requirements, the Ukit ni Klara team will prepare and send you a quotation based on the details you provided.
03 — Secure Your Booking & Finalize the Details
Once you’ve approved the quotation, we’ll guide you through the requirements to secure your event date. We’ll also finalize the ref magnet design, event logistics, and other details needed for your booth.
04 — We Set Up at Your Venue
On the day of your event, our team will arrive and prepare the Ref Magnet Souvenir Booth and equipment so everything is ready for your guests.
05 — Snap, Send & Turn Moments Into Magnets
