02 — Choose Your Package & Keepsakes

Select the Same-Day Ukit package and souvenir options that best fit your celebration. Once your selections are confirmed, we’ll prepare and send you a detailed quotation based on your event requirements.

03 — Secure Your Booking & Finalize the Details

Once you’ve approved the quotation, we’ll proceed with the service agreement and required deposit to secure your event date. From there, we’ll finalize your designs, personalization preferences, event logistics, and other details needed to prepare your Same-Day Ukit experience.

04 — We Set Up at Your Venue

On the big day, the Ukit ni Klara team will arrive at your venue and prepare the Same-Day Ukit booth, equipment, and keepsakes so everything is ready for your guests to enjoy.

05 — We Personalize While You Celebrate

This is where the magic happens! Your guests get to enjoy the Same-Day Ukit experience as their keepsakes are personalized right at the event, giving them something uniquely theirs to take home and remember the celebration by.

We cater to events within Metro Manila and nearby areas from our office in Camarin, Meycauayan. For venues outside our standard coverage area, please send us your event location so we can check availability and applicable transportation fees.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is included for venues within 10 km of our office in Camarin. For venues beyond this distance, an additional transportation fee will apply based on the event location.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our standard packages are designed for 50, 100, and 150 guests. We can also accommodate larger events with advance notice, subject to our team’s capacity and souvenir availability.
What souvenirs can I choose from?
Our standard souvenir options include keychains, bag tags, hairbrushes, notebooks, pens, and keychain phone stands. Other available options may vary depending on stock and the quantity required for your event.

We require access to the venue at least 2 hours before the event so our team has enough time to set up the booth and prepare the equipment and materials.

What happens if I have more guests than expected?
